      FileBound Assignments Not Sorting Correctly

      Follow the steps outlined below if your FileBound Assignments aren't sorting correctly.

      1. Clear your temporary internet files and try again.  Instructions for clearing your temporary internet files can be found here.  If your assignments still aren't sorting correctly, proceed to the next step.
      2. Attempt to resolve by restoring your FileBound Grids.  Instructions for restoring your FileBound Grids can be found here. 
      3. If your FileBound assignments still aren't sorting correctly please submit a support ticket here.
