Windows Viewer/Web Viewer displays PDF in Acrobat instead of the FileBound viewer when using Internet Explorer
Follow the steps below to configure Internet Explorer to use the Acrobat/Acrobat Reader plugin for viewing PDFs.
- Open Internet Options
- Click the Programs tab
- Click Manage add-ons
- Click Toobars and Extensions
- Select All add-ons
- Enable Adobe PDF Reader
