Why is it that No matter what I do, the from email from workflows is always "DoNotReply@FileBound.com"?

For cloud sites, the From field on emails from FileBound will always be "donotreply@FileBound.com" regardless of what email you have on the from field, either from workflow configurations or if you added it manually on the email step and there is no way to change that. The reason why this can't be changed is that it would flag FileBound servers for Phishing as it would be spoofed emails.
