What sites does FileBound need opened for on-premise Installations to Validate?
What to whitelist when trying to apply and validate a FileBound license for an on-premise customer (or use Central Installation) (On-premise);
From the FileBound Web Server, users must be able to access the following sites without issues. If the user is unable to access these sites, they will need to make sure that they are whitelisted:-
- installers.filebound.com (old site was: install.filebound.com)
products.filebound.com
uplandsoftware.com support.filebound.com via port 80 - Also, make sure that ports 80 and 443 are Open.
