This article will show you how to search for non-blank fields in FileBound
Search for non-blank field
Did you know you can easily search for non-blank index fields in FileBound? Simply enter an exclamation mark (!) immediately followed by the tilde (~) into the index field to be searched. The search results will display all files that contain some value in that index field, all files where that index field is blank will not be displayed.
Creating the ~ symbol on a U.S. keyboard
To create the tilde symbol using a U.S. keyboard hold down Shift and press ~. This symbol is on the same key as back quote ( ` ), in the top-left portion of the keyboard under Esc.
