At times files within Windows can become corrupt, if you suspect corruption of FileBound Viewer files you may clear them and have them reloaded. Follow these instructions to clear and reload them.
Once the FileBound DLLs have been cleared, the next time it is ran it will redownload them. Keep in mind that it will take the Windows Viewer longer to run the first time due to the new download, but subsequent runs will be faster.
In order to make sure the FileBound Viewer DLLs aren't in use so you can clear them, make sure the Windows Viewer isn't running and if it is, end it. If the Windows Viewer is open, close it and then open Task Manager, click [Details] tab, sort by name and search for FB6Launcher.exe and/or FB6LauncherViewer.exe. If they are running end them both by right clicking them and select [End task], then [End process].
Once you verify that the FileBound Viewer isn't running, navigate to this directory: %localappdata%\filebound\ OR type UserProfile%\AppData\Local\FileBound\DLLs into a run command or a Windows Explorer window.
This directory will exist for each user of the PC that uses the Windows Viewer. It is C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Local\FileBound but replace UserID with the User ID of the person signed on to the PC. So a user with a User ID of JohnDoe, you would navigate to C:\Users\JohnDoe\AppData\Local\FileBound.
Rename the folder named DLLs by appending today's date to the end of the folder name so it is different and unique.
Now, open the Windows Viewer and the DLLs will download again and run.
