How can I determine my FileBound License Count and the number of documents/objects on my FileBound Site?
- Click on the Administration icon.
- Select Main Options.
- Select the General tab.
- Make note of your License Count in the Licensing Properties section of the General tab. This is the number of documents/objects your FileBound site is licensed to have.
- Make note of the Document Count in the Licensing Properties section of the General tab. This is a count of the number of documents/objects your FileBound has counted against your License Count.
*Note: In order to access the Main Options from the Administration section, you must be a FileBound System Admin.
**Note: If you need access to this information and you aren't a FileBound System Admin but you do have "Print and View All Reports" permissions, you may get a more detailed report by running the System Usage Report. Here's a link to instructions for running this report.
