FileBound's Document Export Mask

For detailed guidance on this feature, please refer to FileBound's online help here. This functionality enables you to establish a naming convention for documents that you download from the Web Viewer. You can incorporate variables that correspond to index fields, divider and separator names, document IDs, document names, and file IDs. Please note that these variables are case sensitive; the variables highlighted in yellow below are not valid, while those highlighted in green are valid for use.

Below is a valid Document Export Mask example:

DOC-$$DIVIDER$$_$$F1$$_$$F2$$_$$DOCUMENTID$$_$$FILEID$$_$$DOCUMENTNAME$$

The document in the example above would be named as outlined below:

DOC-Education_111_John_28969_26957_Test.PDF
