      FileBound: Error[14]: Error occurred processing Workflow - The parameter 'address' cannot be an empty string.

      Site OCR is running and an error message is found in the Enterprise Service log but email notifications are not being used.

      Error (If Applicable)

      Error[14]: Error occurred processing Workflow with id 128093...will continue processing other Automation Events: FileBound.FBException: : The parameter 'addresses' cannot be an empty string. 

      Details

      The process notification email address is inherited from the Main Options - System Emails address at the time the  process is created. So if you leave the address empty in Main Options, any process created will have an empty notification email address.  This is not always problematic, however, we would encourage users to have some email address entered for the Workflow Emails field to avoid confusion with this error.

      1. Enter a valid e-mail address in Main Options | General tab | System Emails.
      2. Re-create the automation process.
