Windows Viewer/Web Viewer displays PDF in Acrobat instead of the FileBound viewer when using Internet Explorer

Follow the steps below to configure Internet Explorer to use the Acrobat/Acrobat Reader plugin for viewing PDFs.

  1. Open Internet Options
  2. Click the Programs tab
  3. Click Manage add-ons                 
  4. Click Toobars and Extensions
  5. Select All add-ons
  6. Enable Adobe PDF Reader
