How can I identify the FileBound server I'm using?

To get the name of the FileBound server you are using follow one of the two options listed below.

  • To determine the name of the FileBound server you are currently using, simply append the following text to the end of your FileBound URL.

    process/diag.ashx

For example: https://MyFileBoundSite.filebound.com/process/diag.ashx

  • Access the Settings option in the Web Viewer to identify and record the name of the connected server, as illustrated below.
