      Download FileBound Connect

      If you need to install FileBound Connect, you can download the appropriate version based on your version of FileBound from one of the links in item #1 below.  After you have downloaded it, please unblock (right click zipped file and select ‘Unblock’ and click apply) the file before extracting the content of the zipped file and before installing it.  It requires local admin authority to install.  Also included below are a few configuration instruction links, release notes and online help.  Please let us know if you have any questions or if you run into any issues by emailing Support@IMSSecure.com or by submitting a support ticket via this link.

      1.  Download appropriate version via one of the links below: 
        1. Download FileBound Connect version 8.2 (released 1/29/2024) 
          1. Please note, version 8.2 is compatible with FileBound version 8.2 and higher.
        2. Download FileBound Connect version 8.1 (released 10/27/2022)
          1. Please note, version 8.1 is compatible with FileBound version 8.1 and higher.
        3. Download FileBound Connect version 8.0.1 (released 10/27/2022)
          1. Please note, version 8.0.1 is compatible with FileBound version 8.0.1 and higher.
          2. This patch build only includes a fix for the SSO Login error 'Microsoft edge can't read and write to its data directory'
          3. Customers are not required to upgrade to this version unless they are using SSO Logins.
        4. Download FileBound Connect version 8.0 (released 8/31/2022)
          1. Please note, version 8.0 is compatible with FileBound version 8.0.1 and higher
        5. Download FileBound Connect version 7.1 (released 4/13/2022)
          1. Please note, version 7.1 is compatible with FileBound version 8.0.0 and higher

          1. Please note, version 6.0 is compatible with FileBound version 7.5.5 and higher

        2. Download Firefox Extension
          1. To install the extension:
            1) With Firefox open, press Ctrl + O 
            2) Browse to the extension download location and locate the XPI file. 
            3) Double click the extension (or select Open).
